JUANA DE AUSTRIA


I do not know much about Juana of Austria (Johanna etc.) However she seems to have her own style that differs from most of the other women. Again I think she was in portugal (note hair and head dress, pinned veil, as well as some notes in various links.)

This sculpture is of great interest as it shows the hanging half circle sleeves of Spanish fashion. It appears she is not wearing a farthingale.
